Dream-A Plane Crash

My brother and I borrowed my uncle’s plane. My brother was the pilot.  The plane took an incredible nose dive.  The plane crashed.  He died but I didn’t.  I didn’ tell my uncle what had happened until the next day.  He wasn’t happy.

To see your uncle in your dream represents some aspect of your family heritage and trait. It also symbolizes new ideas and emerging awareness. Consider the idiom “say uncle” to mean surrender or admit defeat.

To see your brother in your dream symbolizes some aspect of your relationship with him. It can also serve to remind you that someone in your waking life has certain characteristics or behaviors similar to your brother.

Airplane Crash
To dream that a plane crashes signifies that you have set overly high and unrealistic goals for yourself. You are in danger of having those goals come crashing down. Alternatively, the crashing airplane represents your lack of confidence, self-defeating attitude and self-doubt. You do not believe in your own ability to achieve those goals. Loss of power and uncertainty in achieving your goals are also signified.

  1. Someone I know recently had a dream about a plane crash, although in their dream neither they nor anyone they knew were on the plane, I think the explanation here of the crash offers some insight into what this person may be going through, thanks for sharing

  2. Your brother’s death could mean a rebirth of some kind – perhaps he is going into a new phase in his life? Seeing your own or someone else’s death in a dream is usually symbolic for moving into a new phase.

  3. Hmmm…I’ve been interested in dream analysis and astrology since I was 12! FYI: There is a pretty awesome Annular Solar Eclipse in Gemini happening tomorrow! I’m no expert but I have a link on my site to a radical site hosted by a Phenomenally Spiritual, yet Down-to Earth Hippie Chick, Dr. Loretta Standley. I’m thinking you are tapping into some of this Eclipse energy?! It’s like Good Shock Therapy! :)

  4. Is there a gap widening between you and your brother Amy?
I have had a reoccuring dream about my brother, who is in Afghanistan, where he is walking through a village alleyway walls either side. He is wearing full army gear, rifle, helmet etc. But he was completely on his own, there was no back up. In one of the dreams the wall was bombed as he walked passed. I did tell him about it but, in Richie styley, he just laughed! Brothers! ;)

    • I not sure what you mean by gap.
I think your dream is to tell you that your brother will be fine. Yes there is danger but he is being protected. :)

      • You are not as close, or no longer have much in common…………but then I may be getting my thoughts mixed up as I was thinking of Richie at the time.
        Ops! ;)

      • Yes,we don’t have much in common. I don’t see him much. You had it right!
